For over 25 years, Susan Vicklund Wilson's private practice covered predominantly family law handling a wide array of cases from uncontested to highly complex litigation in both Santa Clara and San Benito Counties. Starting in 2014, Ms. Wilson began serving exclusively as a private judge assisting attorneys and their clients in resolving their matters. Her services include acting as an all purpose temporary judge and/or settlement judge, providing expedited judgment reviews and signing, and consulting on individual matters.
Ms. Wilson is committed to providing exceptional service. She is fair and impartial, maintaining a high standard of ethics in all cases that come before her. Attorneys and their clients can expect prompt decisions along with a careful and thorough analysis.
Ms. Wilson is former President of the Santa Clara County Bar Association and has served on numerous Committees and Sections of the Association. She has served as the Public Member on the Santa Clara County Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO) for over 20 years and on the Statewide California Association of Local Agency Formation Commissions for seven years. She has served as a director on nummerous boards over the years.
Ms. Wilson graduated from the University of Texas in Austin with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communictions. She Graduated from South Texas College of Law in 1987 and has been licensed to practice law in California since 1988.
